Meet the members of Heartstrings
Faith Ingle
​
Faith is a founding member of Heartstrings. She began her musical journey learning to play the piano and sing as a young child. She and her husband Tim sang in “Celebration Christian Ministries”, a quartet, when they were first married. She has been playing banjo for over 20 years. Faith sings lead and harmony vocals, and plays banjo for the band. She also does most of the music arrangements for the band. Faith is an active member of Fairview Baptist Church in Lincolnton, NC where she is the pianist and teaches Sunday school. She is the administrative assistant for the South Fork Baptist Association. Faith is married to Tim Ingle and has one daughter, Christiana Ingle. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, and volunteering at Hart Square Village.
Tim Ingle

Tim is a founding member of Heartstrings. Tim has played guitar for most of his life and plays guitar for Heartstrings. Tim is an active member of Fairview Baptist Church in Lincolnton, NC where he leads music and teaches Sunday school. Tim enjoys woodworking and works as a machine operator at Chaddock in Morganton, NC. Tim is married to Faith Ingle and has one daughter, Christiana Ingle. In his spare time, he enjoys doing wood projects.
Christiana Ingle

Christiana is a founding member of Heartstrings. She started playing the violin at 8 years old and has picked up several other instruments over the years. Christiana sings lead and harmony vocals and plays fiddle, mandolin, bass and guitar for Heartstrings. Christiana is an active member of Fairview Baptist Church in Lincolnton, NC. She works as a managerial accountant in finance at Blum, Inc. in Stanley, NC. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, quilting, and volunteering at Hart Square Village.
Guy Ballard
​
Guy joined Heartstrings in 2019. He sings lead and harmony vocals and plays the Bass for the band. Guy only started playing the Bass in 2019 and quickly became a vital part of the band. Guy is an active member of Faith Baptist Church in Iron Station, NC. where he is the music leader. He works as a cabinet builder in Stanley, NC. Guy is a constant encouragement and you will never see him without a smile on his face.
Timothy Moore
​
Timothy has been a member of Heartstrings for over 10 years. He is our sound technician and the band would not be who they are without him. Timothy has spent countless hours working with Heartstrings to get their sound just right. He is an active member of Fairview Baptist Church in Lincolnton, NC where he serves as sound technician. He works as a machine operator at Blum, Inc. in Stanley, NC.
Randy Graham
​
Randy joined Heartstrings in 2021. He has been playing gospel music since his early 20s. He has been a part of several different local groups in the area over the years. Randy sings harmony vocals and plays Dobro, Guitar and Mandolin for the band. Randy is an active member of Belmont Foursquare in Belmont, NC where he plays in the praise band. Randy works as a financial advisor and also co-owns a trucking business with his brother. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and his grand-daughter.

Kevin Martin
​
Kevin is the newest member of Heartstrings, joining them in 2024. He started singing with his family at an early age learning that beautiful family harmony. Kevin sings harmony vocals and plays Mandolin and Guitar for the band. He is an active member of Boger City Baptist Church in Lincolnton, NC where he sings and plays. Kevin works for the railroad. He is a wonderful addition to the band and they are very fortunate to have him join.

Carroll “Worth” Ingle
January 4th, 1930 - December 17th, 2020
“Worth” was a founding member of Heartstrings. He was Tim’s dad and played Harmonica for the band for close to 15 years.

Roger Neal
February 6th, 1956 - April 3rd, 2018
Roger played guitar and bass for the band for over 10 years. He was a vital part of Heartstrings and his presence is sorely missed.

Jimmy Clippard
May 13th, 1959 - February 22nd, 2014
Jimmy was one of the original members of Heartstrings. He played guitar for the band for many years.

Pat Smith
Pat sang and played Dobro for the band for over 10 years. Due to health issues he is no longer able to play with the band. He is a blessing to the band.
Parker Mitchem
Parker sang and played guitar for the band from 2022 to 2023. He is a talented musician with a wonderful future ahead of him.
